Terms & Conditions — Downtown Rogers (NWA) Birthday Giveaway
Promotion Period: November 1, 2025 (12:00 a.m. CT) to November 9, 2025 (11:59 p.m. CT)
Sponsor: Gelatissimo — Downtown Rogers Store (“Sponsor”)

- Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of such employees are not eligible to participate or win.
- How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, customers who make any purchase in-store at the Downtown Rogers Gelatissimo location and scan their Gelatissimo loyalty card at the point of sale will automatically receive one (1) entry into the giveaway draw.
- Limit one (1) entry per person per transaction, regardless of purchase amount.
- Entries are valid only for purchases made between November 1 and November 9, 2025.
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or that otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- Prize
One (1) winner will receive “A Year’s Worth of Gelato”, consisting of fifty-two (52) single-scoop vouchers, redeemable only at the Downtown Rogers Gelatissimo location.
- Vouchers may be used once per week and have no cash value.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $340.60.
- Winner Selection & Notification
A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about November 17, 2025, from all eligible entries received.
- Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days following the draw.
- If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Claiming the Prize
The winner must present valid photo identification and sign a declaration of eligibility and release before receiving the prize.
If a winner declines or fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
- Publicity
By participating, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, image, likeness, voice, and city and state of residence for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- Limitation of Liability & Release
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.
- General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
- Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas.
