Gelatissimo University Center “$1 Scoops” Birthday Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Gelatissimo at the Gelatissimo University Center store (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Date

The promotion is valid on Saturday, 14 March 2026, starting at 3:00 PM, while stocks last.

3. Offer Details

Customers may purchase one (1) scoop of gelato for $1 USD as part of the Gelatissimo University Center birthday celebration.

4. Availability

The offer is limited to the first 100 customers only. Once the first 100 redemptions have been reached, the promotion will end.

5. Limit Per Customer

Limit one (1) $1 scoop per customer.

6. Product Availability

Flavours are subject to availability and may vary. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute flavours if necessary.

7. Store Participation

The promotion is valid at Gelatissimo University Center only and is not available at other Gelatissimo locations.

8. Exclusions

The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless otherwise stated.

Gelatissimo “Win Gelato for a Year” Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promotion is organised and operated by Gelatissimo (“Promoter”). The promotion is conducted at the Gelatissimo University Center store, United States.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Gelatissimo, its franchisees, affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 9 March 2026 to 15 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

5. How to Enter

Participants may enter the promotion during the Promotion Period using one of the following methods:

a. Purchase Entry:
Make a purchase at Gelatissimo University Center during the Promotion Period and scan a valid Club Gelato loyalty member number at the time of purchase.

b. No Purchase Entry:
Sign up to the free Club Gelato loyalty program during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Multiple entries or attempts to circumvent the entry limit may result in disqualification at the Promoter’s discretion.

Club Gelato membership is free and does not require a purchase.

6. Prize Details

a. There is one (1) prize available.

b. The prize consists of “Free Gelato for a Year,” defined as one (1) free scoop cup per week for 52 weeks.

c. Total prize value: USD $361.40.

d. The prize will be issued in the form of a voucher, loyalty credit, or redemption method determined by the Promoter.

e. The prize is redeemable at Gelatissimo University Center only.

f. Unused weekly redemptions cannot be accumulated or carried forward.

g. The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not for resale.

h. Standard and deluxe flavours are included subject to availability.

7. Winner Selection

a. The winner will be randomly drawn on or before 20 March 2026.

b. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.

c. The winner will be notified using the contact details associated with their Club Gelato loyalty account.

8. Claiming the Prize

a. The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of notification.

b. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the required timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Personal Information

By entering the promotion, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of:

– administering the promotion

– contacting the winner

– operating the Club Gelato loyalty program

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical errors that may affect participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

11. Modification or Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.

12. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activities related to the promotion without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state in which the promotion is conducted.

14. General

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all matters relating to the promotion are final and binding.
